Can I enquire without a complete drawing?
Yes. Share a product reference, photograph, specification or sample details, along with the quantity and destination. Mark missing inputs as “to confirm” so they can be clarified.
Can I send files or a document-sharing link?
Yes. You can upload supported documents or add a sharing link under Additional details. Make sure BGS can access the link and that you are authorised to share the contents.
What inspection support is available?
Every unit on orders placed on BGS is inspected against agreed criteria. Confirm the methods, coverage and required records before ordering. For direct manufacturer orders, BGS inspection and coordination services are agreed separately.
