Bhuvika Global Solutions is a trade name of S.B. Enterprises, based in Delhi, India. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Bhuvika Global Solutions website, including its content, resources, enquiry forms, Request for Quotation (RFQ) facilities and other website-based services.

For these Terms and Conditions, “Bhuvika Global Solutions,” “BGS,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Bhuvika Global Solutions, a trade name of S.B. Enterprises.

By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please discontinue use of the website.

About Bhuvika Global Solutions

Bhuvika Global Solutions operates as a commercial supply and sourcing partner supporting industrial sourcing and procurement, supplier development, product development, industrial product supply and related B2B activities.

Depending on the requirement and commercial arrangement, products may be sourced or supplied through selected manufacturers, suppliers or authorised business partners.

Information presented on this website is primarily for general business, commercial and informational purposes. Specific transactions may be governed by quotations, purchase orders, proforma invoices, contracts, supply agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), quality agreements or other written commercial arrangements.

Website Use

You may use this website for legitimate business and informational purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or misleading purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems, servers or data.
  • Introduce viruses, malicious software, harmful code or disruptive technologies.
  • Interfere with the security, availability or proper operation of the website.
  • Systematically scrape, extract, reproduce or commercially exploit website content without authorisation where prohibited by applicable law.
  • Misrepresent your identity, organisation, authority, requirements or relationship with BGS.
  • Use website content in a manner that infringes intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.
  • Use the Bhuvika Global Solutions name, branding or content to falsely imply an agency, partnership, sponsorship, endorsement or other affiliation.

We reserve the right to restrict website access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

RFQs and Business Enquiries

Customers and prospective customers may submit RFQs, sourcing enquiries, procurement requirements, product-development requests and other business enquiries through our website or other communication channels.

Important: Submission or acknowledgement of an RFQ or enquiry does not constitute a purchase order, acceptance of an order, commitment to supply or binding commercial agreement.

Information provided with an RFQ should be sufficiently accurate and complete to allow appropriate technical and commercial evaluation.

Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of specifications, drawings, quantities, materials, applicable standards, intended applications, testing requirements, certification requirements, delivery requirements and other information provided to us.

We may request additional technical or commercial information before evaluating or proceeding with a requirement.

Unless otherwise governed by an existing binding agreement, we reserve the right to accept, decline, suspend or discontinue evaluation of an enquiry or RFQ.

Quotations and Commercial Information

Quotations issued in response to an enquiry or RFQ are subject to the conditions stated in the applicable quotation and are not binding beyond their stated scope and validity.

A quotation may specify, among other matters:

  • Product price and currency
  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
  • Incoterms or delivery basis
  • Tooling and development charges
  • Sample charges
  • Taxes and duties
  • Freight and logistics
  • Payment terms
  • Lead time
  • Production capacity
  • Packaging requirements
  • Inspection and testing requirements
  • Quotation validity
  • Warranty conditions
  • Other transaction-specific requirements

Unless expressly fixed in writing, prices, lead times, availability, exchange-rate assumptions, raw-material costs, freight rates and other commercial factors may change before formal order acceptance.

A quotation does not itself create an obligation to supply unless and until the applicable order has been formally accepted under the relevant commercial arrangement.

Orders and Commercial Agreements

Actual purchases, sourcing engagements and product supplies may be governed by a quotation, accepted purchase order, proforma invoice, sales contract, supply agreement, NDA, quality agreement or other written document.

Where specific written terms have been mutually agreed for a transaction, those terms will apply to that transaction and will prevail over these general website Terms and Conditions to the extent of any direct inconsistency.

The party identified as the seller or supplier in the applicable quotation, invoice, order acknowledgement or contract will be the contracting party for that transaction.

Nothing contained on this website alone creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, employment or exclusive representation relationship between BGS and any customer, supplier, manufacturer, website visitor or other party.

Product Specifications and Technical Information

Product specifications, technical descriptions, drawings, dimensions, materials, performance information, standards, certification references and other technical information displayed or communicated through the website are for general reference unless expressly confirmed for a particular requirement or order.

Final technical requirements should be documented and mutually confirmed before tooling, sampling or production where applicable.

Where customer approval is required, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving relevant drawings, samples, specifications, technical data or other documentation before production.

Changes requested after technical approval may affect price, tooling, development cost, lead time, testing, production feasibility or other commercial conditions.

Custom Manufacturing and Product Development

Custom-built, built-to-print and product-development projects may involve technical evaluation, supplier development, engineering, tooling, prototyping, sampling, testing, validation and customer approval.

Feasibility, tooling requirements, development timelines, sample performance and production capability depend on the technical requirement, selected material, manufacturing process and manufacturing source.

Prototype or sample approval does not automatically constitute acceptance of mass production unless expressly agreed.

Applicable drawings, specifications, acceptance criteria, inspection plans, testing requirements and quality standards should be documented in the relevant technical or commercial documentation.

Customer Drawings, Specifications and Intellectual Property

Customers and other parties submitting drawings, specifications, designs, trademarks, technical documents, samples or other proprietary materials represent that they possess the rights or authority necessary to provide those materials for the intended business purpose.

Ownership of customer-provided intellectual property remains with its respective owner unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

By providing information for an RFQ, sourcing project, procurement requirement or product-development project, you authorise BGS to use and, where reasonably necessary, share relevant information with selected manufacturers, suppliers, technical partners or service providers for purposes including feasibility assessment, quotation, development, sampling, testing, production and fulfilment.

Such permission is limited to activities reasonably connected with the relevant business requirement and does not transfer ownership of submitted intellectual property to BGS.

Confidential Information

We recognise that industrial RFQs and product-development projects may contain proprietary, technical or commercially sensitive information.

We take reasonable measures to handle information submitted to us appropriately and seek to limit disclosure to manufacturers, suppliers, technical partners, service providers or personnel reasonably involved in evaluating or fulfilling the relevant requirement.

Submission of information through the website or ordinary business communication does not, by itself, create a separate contractual confidentiality obligation beyond obligations imposed by applicable law.

If information requires specific confidentiality protections, customers should notify us before disclosure and request an appropriate NDA.

Any existing NDA or separate confidentiality agreement will govern information falling within its scope and will prevail over this section where applicable.

Suppliers, Manufacturers and Business Partners

Bhuvika Global Solutions works with independent manufacturers, suppliers, technical partners and other business partners.

The participation of a manufacturer or supplier in a sourcing, development or supply project does not mean that the party is owned, controlled or exclusively represented by BGS unless expressly stated in writing.

Supplier capabilities, certifications, production capacities, prices, lead times and related information may partly rely on information provided by the relevant manufacturer or supplier.

We take reasonable steps to evaluate information relevant to a particular project but cannot guarantee that every third-party statement will remain accurate, complete or current at all times.

Supplier qualification, certification, production capability and compliance requirements should therefore be confirmed for the specific product, project and manufacturing source where relevant.

Standards, Certifications and Regulatory Compliance

References to standards, certifications, licences, approvals or regulatory requirements on this website describe potential product or supplier capabilities and should not be interpreted as a representation that every product, manufacturer or supply arrangement carries every referenced certification.

Applicable standards and certification requirements should be identified in the relevant RFQ and confirmed for the specific product and manufacturing source.

Copies of relevant certificates, licences, test reports or compliance documents may be provided where applicable and available.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, customers are responsible for identifying regulatory, import, installation, application-specific and market-access requirements applicable to their destination country or intended use.

Product Images and Illustrations

Images, photographs, diagrams, illustrations and other visual content on this website may be used to represent product categories, industrial applications, manufacturing processes or capabilities.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such visuals are illustrative and should not be interpreted as an exact representation of the final product to be supplied.

Final product appearance, construction, dimensions, materials, specifications, marking and packaging will be governed by the applicable approved technical and commercial documentation.

Website Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original website content, including text, graphics, layouts, photographs, illustrations, design elements, branding and other materials, is owned by or licensed to S.B. Enterprises / Bhuvika Global Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use publicly available website content for legitimate personal or internal business reference.

Without prior written permission, you must not:

  • Republish substantial proprietary website content.
  • Sell, rent or sublicense website content.
  • Reproduce website materials for unauthorised commercial exploitation.
  • Modify or redistribute proprietary materials in a misleading manner.
  • Use BGS branding in a way that suggests unauthorised affiliation or endorsement.

Nothing in these Terms grants permission to use our trademarks, trade names, logos or other brand assets except where expressly authorised in writing.

We do not make warranties concerning website availability, completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose except where a warranty cannot legally be excluded or has been expressly agreed in writing for a specific transaction.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, S.B. Enterprises / Bhuvika Global Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential losses arising solely from access to, use of, inability to use or reliance on general information available through this website.

  • Infringement of third-party intellectual-property rights resulting from materials supplied by you without necessary authority.

This indemnity does not apply to the extent that a claim results from acts or omissions of S.B. Enterprises / Bhuvika Global Solutions for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Force Majeure

To the extent applicable to a commercial arrangement, neither party will be responsible for delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, war, civil disturbance, governmental restrictions, strikes, transportation disruption, major supply-chain interruption, utility failure, material shortages or similar events.

Any specific force-majeure provisions contained in a separate binding commercial agreement will prevail for the applicable transaction.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These website Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

Subject to applicable law and any dispute-resolution provisions contained in a separate binding commercial agreement, disputes arising specifically from use of this website or these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.

A specific commercial transaction may be subject to separate governing-law, arbitration, dispute-resolution or jurisdiction provisions agreed between the relevant parties. Such provisions will govern that transaction.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where possible, the affected provision will be interpreted or modified only to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intended purpose.

No Waiver

Failure by S.B. Enterprises / Bhuvika Global Solutions to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it subsequently.
