Product Development · India

Custom product development from India.

Custom product development coordinated through Indian manufacturing partners.

Bring a concept, drawing, model or sample. BGS coordinates manufacturing input, tooling and sample feedback, keeping design decisions and approval responsibilities connected to the production brief.

Start with the information you have. Identify what remains to confirm.

Exploded mechanical assembly illustrating component interfaces and product development
Illustrative assembly. Geometry, materials and interfaces are defined for your project.

Scope follows the requirement

Development activities.
Defined by the product.

Select the activities that address your actual requirement. The manufacturer and buyer responsibilities are agreed alongside the service scope.

Drawing & feasibility review

Coordinate manufacturer feedback on geometry, tolerances, materials, interfaces and the intended production route.

Identify what is fixed and what can be reviewed.

Manufacturing route

Evaluate process and manufacturer fit around the component, volume, tooling and acceptance requirements.

Compare the complete part and development scope.

Tooling & prototypes

Coordinate moulds, dies, fixtures, prototypes or trial parts where the selected route requires them.

Define ownership, deliverables and included trial work.

Sample feedback & release

Connect each sample to a drawing revision, inspection evidence, customer comments and a clear approval decision.

Record corrections and the next release milestone.

Inputs for a useful review

Start with a clear brief.

Send the available information and mark unknown details as “to confirm”. Keep the latest references and revisions together.

  • Concept, current drawings, CAD or reference sample
  • Function, interfaces, material and service conditions
  • Sample needs, expected volumes and target timing
  • Critical checks and who approves the design

Discuss Your Product

A common basis for decisions

Give every development gate an approval basis.

A prototype, a trial sample and a production release serve different purposes. Agree what each stage needs to demonstrate.

Product Development: practical review criteria
Development gate Review basis Decision to record
Technical baseline Current model, drawing, material and interfaces Approve inputs or resolve open design points
Tooling & prototype scope Tool concept, trial material, samples and included work Release the agreed development activity
Sample evaluation Dimensional, visual or functional evidence as specified Approve, revise or request defined further checks
Production preparation Approved revision, tooling, inspection and commercial terms Confirm readiness for pilot or repeat production

Controlled handovers

Keep each decision connected.

Agree the inputs, review evidence and approval responsibility before moving to the next project stage.

Clarify the requirement

Define function, constraints, input maturity and approval responsibilities.

Review the route

Coordinate process, material, tooling and manufacturer feedback.

Evaluate the sample

Track agreed trials, evidence, feedback and revisions.

Release the next stage

Close required actions before the approved production milestone.

Purchasing & inspection

Agree the route.
Define the responsibilities.

The purchase-order route determines who supplies commercially and which inspection and coordination activities are included.

Order placed on BGS

BGS coordinates the agreed commercial supply. Every unit is inspected against agreed criteria.

Establish the specification, inspection methods, acceptance criteria and required records before ordering.

Direct manufacturer order

The selected manufacturer supplies the buyer directly. BGS inspection and coordination services are agreed separately.

Define the service scope, access, reporting and release responsibilities for the engagement.

Bhuvika Global Solutions is a trade name of S.B. Enterprises. BGS coordinates sourcing and agreed supply activities through selected manufacturers.

Practical buyer questions

Before you send
the requirement.

Scope, approvals and commercial terms are established for the actual enquiry.

Can development start without a complete drawing?

Yes. Share the function, available concept or sample and known constraints. The technical data and engineering scope needed for manufacturer review are clarified before proceeding.

Does BGS manufacture the product itself?

BGS coordinates development through selected manufacturing partners. The manufacturer provides the agreed engineering and manufacturing activities; buyer approval responsibilities are established for the project.

Who owns the tool and design information?

Ownership, permitted use, storage, maintenance and handover are agreed in the project terms. Include your requirements before approving tooling or development work.

Does an approved prototype confirm production readiness?

An approved prototype is a milestone. Production may also require tooling trials, updated drawings, agreed inspection, capacity review and commercial alignment.

Can changes be made after samples?

Changes can be reviewed. Record the revised requirement and its effect on tooling, price, timing, verification and previously approved data before releasing further work.

A useful next step

Your brief.
A defined next step.

Share the available technical and commercial information. We’ll review the inputs and clarify the next step for the agreed service.

Confidential drawings and project information can be discussed under an agreed NDA where required.
