Evidence for your source review
Match the evidence to the proposed manufacturer, product and market. Include your requirements in the RFQ so the relevant records can be requested and checked during source evaluation.
Identify the certificate holder and actual manufacturing facility. Review the standard, certified scope, issuing body and validity for the proposed source.
Applies to the named manufacturer or facility.Where applicable, identify the covered product/model, configuration, market and approval or file reference. Confirm that the proposed item falls within the documented scope.
Applies to the identified product and approval scope.Cable construction, rating, size range and intended market; identify the exact tests, declarations and approval references required.
Application-led sourcing
Fixed installation, continuous movement and outdoor exposure create different requirements. Start with the operating conditions, then review the relevant cable family.

A cable designation, test standard and product approval serve different purposes. Share the exact requirements so the manufacturer, construction and documentation can be reviewed together.
Construction & performance
Define electrical, mechanical and environmental requirements for the actual installation.
Product & market
Request the applicable manufacturer records and confirm that their scope covers the cable offered.
Material & fire performance
State the required material declarations and exact flame, smoke or circuit-integrity tests.
International sourcing
We support enquiries for North America, Europe, the UK, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets. Local approvals, project specifications and documentation needs are confirmed for the destination and end use.
Standards and approvals listed here are enquiry inputs, not certifications held by BGS for every cable. Manufacturer documents and product scope are checked for the individual project.
From enquiry to supply
Agree the technical baseline, approval points and responsibilities before the order progresses.
We clarify the construction, quantities, standards, application and destination.
Suitable manufacturers review technical feasibility, commercial terms and the required documents.
Samples, technical revisions and production release follow the agreed approval points.
Agreed checks, packing and shipment documents are coordinated before dispatch.
PO placed with BGS
Every unit on a BGS purchase order is inspected against the agreed criteria. Define the required checks and acceptance scope with your enquiry.
Direct manufacturer PO
Where agreed, the PO can be placed with the selected manufacturer. BGS inspection and coordination responsibilities are defined for that order.
Buyer questions
Cable types, manufacturer evaluation, samples, standards and commercial questions—answered before you enquire.
Bhuvika Global Solutions (BGS), a trade name of S.B. Enterprises, is an India-based sourcing and coordination company. We work with suitable Indian cable manufacturers to review requirements, coordinate quotations, samples, agreed inspection and supply. Manufacturing capability and product approvals are confirmed for the selected source.
BGS can evaluate requirements for power cables, building and flexible wires, control and instrumentation cables, rubber cables, automation cables, solar cables, automotive and EV cables, fire-performance cables and special applications. Availability depends on the specified construction, quantity and manufacturer capability.
Yes. Share the drawing, datasheet, sample details or application requirements. BGS coordinates a feasibility review with suitable manufacturers covering conductor construction, insulation, screening, sheath, operating conditions and testing. Sample development and production follow the agreed specification and approval process.
Yes. Include the exact standard, edition and required approval or test evidence in your enquiry. BGS reviews the selected manufacturer’s capability and relevant documentation for that cable construction and destination. A standard designation alone does not establish certification.
MOQ and lead time depend on cable construction, conductor size, materials, production lengths, testing, packing and manufacturer capacity. Sample and production schedules are quoted for the specific enquiry after technical review.
Send the cable type, application, conductor material and size, core or pair count, voltage, insulation and sheath, screening or armour, required standard, quantity, packing and delivery country. Add drawings, datasheets, sample details, test requirements and target timing where available.
Sample requirements and acceptance criteria are agreed before production where applicable. For purchase orders placed with BGS, every unit is inspected against the agreed criteria. For a direct manufacturer purchase order, the inspection and support scope is agreed for that order. Packing and dispatch documentation are coordinated within the agreed scope.
Yes. A wider OEM requirement can include power cords, cord sets, wire harnesses and selected related components. Share the bill of materials, drawings and assembly requirements so the sourcing and commercial scope can be reviewed together.
